Her extensive experience includes managing thousands of critical newborn cases with proficiency in neonatal ventilation, exchange transfusions, and complex post-operative care. As a senior consultant at a top-tier NICU in Mumbai, Dr. Vaidehi Dande is known for her blend of skill, precision, and compassionate care, often regarded as a leading authority in neonatal intensive care.

Beyond her clinical excellence, Dr Vaidehi actively contributes to medical education and research, mentoring undergraduate and postgraduate students, and leading multiple CME programs. She is a nationally accredited trainer in neonatal resuscitation and a certified lactation consultant committed to supporting mothers and infants.
